About this Author.

After spending over thirty-five years as a hard working lawyer Terry sold his South Auckland legal practice several years seeking a major lifestyle change and to make time to pursue his life-long passion for writing. He now happily lives with his wife in a state of genteel poverty, which is much better than practising law full-time. His available books are the recently published, Understanding the Family Court - what lawyers would tell you, if they had the time and you had the money, and an earlier family history book, Remembrance - the life and poetry of Elizabeth Welsman Dawson. In addition Terry has contributed articles on legal topics, travel and the outdoors, to a number of newspapers and magazines. He is a keen hiker, traveller, reader and occasional poet.
