About this Author.

Aaron McLoughlin has been working in the field of Hypnosis and NLP since 1996, before which he spent many years investigating complimentary health methods in order to reclaim his own health and get him back to sleep. During his recovery, a powerful revelation one sleepless night occurred which has become the foundation of Better Sleep Sooner. Aaron has trained the Better Sleep Sooner strategies in both New Zealand and Australia and currently runs workshops and individual sessions from Byron Bay, Australia.
