About this title.
While I have nothing against compulsory savings type schemes, I think KiwiSaver is only appropriate for those who would not otherwise save for their futures. For everyone else, I think there just could be a better way.
The path to retirement is made easier by having the resources and an income stream that meets your needs. For many, KiwiSaver won't do that.
The investment options in the book and the methodology for planning the growth of your personal wealth are the main reasons why you should buy “Flag KiwiSaver? There is a better way”. Because there really is a better way!
1st Review by Eunice Kennerley, Retired science teacher 25.10.07 - easy to read and informative - I wish this was available 20 years ago - fantastic value for money!
2nd review by Ashley Chan, Portfolio Manager and Investment Course Co-ordinator - a practical handbook on investing for retirement and in retirement - possibly unique with its emphasis on personal responsibility, doing your own research, how and in what you should be investing after you actually retire and the multiplication of wealth by picking three industry sectors where future prospects appear brightest. - a great and easily readable book full of sound investment insights and practical actions.
3rd review by Noel Holyoake, Industrialist,7.11.07 - a very thought provoking and timely treatise on investment and taking responsibility for one's own investment future. - the guidance and logic behind his writing are very refreshing and concise. - it is easy to read and should be a sound reference guide, to be welcomed by all investors.
4th review by Peter Hensley, Certified Financial Planner, financial columnist and widely published author - including a book on KiwiSaver - In a lengthy review, Peter says (inter alia) that this book is a must read for all those who are interested in their financial future.
