Grant Boddington began his hypnosis career in the early 1990s as a rather authoritarian practitioner. He soon realised that clients were rapidly becoming more and more resistant to such methods and that it was time for some changes to his hypnotherapy style if he was to become and remain a success within the profession leading into the 21st century. A devout exponent of the ‘suggestive’ style of hypnotherapy, Grant began experimenting with visualisation, affirmation and suggestion structures that would place more responsibility for change on the client, rather than the hypnotherapist. His upbeat motivational style of delivery soon developed into an extremely effective tool that helped many hundreds of clients with their optimism, enthusiasm and progress!
