Percy the pink dragon boat was very sad because he wanted to race like the other dragon boats but they only laughed and made fun of him. A friendly kiwi comes to the rescue and brings along all of his friends and together they help Percy. The illustrations have a real New Zealand flavour and will delight any pre school child.
All profits from the sale of this book will go towards the Pink Dragons breast cancer survivors dragon boat team with $2 being donated to Kenzie's Gift', a charity that provides gifts and support to families of children with cancer.

About this Author.
I moved to New Zealand in 2006 from the UK and decided to have a change of career. I trained for a year in early childhood and have worked with pre school children since obtaining my qualifications. I have a great interest in children's books and when the opportunity arose to write one to raise funds for my dragon boat breast cancer survivors team and a children's cancer support charity I jumped at it. The book was put together and printed before I discovered Publish Me and has been very well received. 'Percy the Pink Dragon Boat' is my first attempt at writing for children and I'd like to try another one sometime.
