Vital Fitness Limited trading as Vital Living and Vital Business is a privately owned and registered New Zealand company that was formed in 1999 by Dennis Croll. Since 1999, Vital Living has successfully developed and managed The Heritage Health Club and the PriceWaterhouseCoopers Health Club in Christchurch, New Zealand. From 2001 to 2004, Vital Living was contracted to the Sonnenalp Spa and Hotel in Vail, Colorado, USA, to manage and provide health and fitness services for guests. And from early 2003 to 2004 the company was also contracted to re-develop and manage and operate the Sonnenalp Golf Club Fitness facility in Edwards, Colorado, USA. Today the company operates from its home base and private health club in Christchurch, New Zealand and provides home fitness programs. It is also sought after to facilitate and present "Vital Living" seminars and trainings on health & fitness and motivation both to individuals and corporations. Following requests from companies to bring the Vital Living Philosophy into the workplace as of 2003 "Vital Business" seminars and workshops have been developed to give employees and business owners more energy, more money and success, and more time to do the things they love.
