Ridiculed for his name since boyhood, young Englishman John Pryck is a nonstarter when it comes to women. His Darwin-quoting Scottish friend Donald Anderson doesn't fare any better. There isn't much 'talent' in the insurance company office where they work, so they have to look further afield to find female companionship. After a string of comically disastrous relationships, the pair head off to Thailand in search of adventure.
