About this title.
Carol Hook has had more pain and tragedy in her life than is fair. She has dealt with it by writing poetry, raw and heartfelt. Now available in this book, Reflections of my Life.Â

About this Author.
Life challenges began in 1972 when, as a teenage passenger, the parked car I was in was smashed into by a drunk driver. I was left a tetraplegic, wheelchair-dependent. My body had largely ceased to operate but my mind switched into overdrive. Many years later I can reflect on the paths I've taken since that night – I regret nothing. I've experienced life, love, and, sadly, the death of the person I most treasured.
These are poems have been selected from my writing over the past ten years.
