About this Author.

Monique is a Body Stress Release Practitioner with a degree in psychology. Born in South Africa she now lives with her kiwi husband north of Auckland. Monique has two grown teenage children who move between South Africa and New Zealand. Passionate about reading, this is her first endeavour to write. The purpose of the book is to help people to realise the incredible self-healing power they have within them and to introduce a number of complementary health options.
