At three am on the 10th August, 1976, the author awoke with a stream of
information flooding through his mind. To capture the main thrust of this message, the subtitles or headings were recorded on the back of an
envelope that happened to be by the bedside, postmarked 9th August, 1976.

Twenty-five years later at age 68, retirement provides the opportunity to attempt to put in place those instructions received. The original envelope is reproduced here, unedited. Retained through these years, it has resided amongst those sorts of papers kept by most of us,
Birth and Marriage certificates, Insurance and Ownership documents.
Picked up on many occasions and pondered on, never ever considered for discarding, the content too powerful and valuable, more than a little
challenging to complete.
Through the years the subjects have come back into mind, actual life experiences adding and expanding the understanding.
