About this Author.

Wayne is a New Zealander passionate about all things creative. He is the managing director of Future Edge Ltd, a consultancy specialising in leading, learning and creativity and works across of wide range of New Zealand organisations. He has the academic qualifications and the creative experience to support his work. He is regarded as an experienced, pragmatic and entertaining facilitator, trainer, consultant and coach. He has facilitated creativity workshops in New Zealand, Singapore and South Africa.

Wayne is also an artist with works in private collections in New Zealand, the United States and the United Kingdom. He is also passionate about all sorts of percussion and plays drums in band called Gumboot Tango [it could only be a New Zealand band!] that specialises in 'Kiwi' music and has performed at festivals throughout New Zealand including WOMAD.
