About this title.
Book three is the last in the trilogy that begins a fascinating journey for a group of teenagers in England in today’s modern world. As a boy William Tyndal is told a captivating story by an old man who suddenly disappears, never to be seen again. Thirty years later Tyndal, now a man, begins to have nightmares he cannot understand or explain. His daughter Amber, still recovering from an automobile accident that tragically took her mother’s life, is concerned at the deteriorating health of her father. She senses somehow the story is to blame and with help from her friends, traps her father into revealing the full extent of the story. What follows is a fascinating journey through their imagination as they ponder all at once whether what they are listening to is real or imaginary. And, of course, in the end only the reader will know the truth!

About this Author.
Ian was born in Essex, England, in 1956. His father served in the Armed Forces and, typical of the times, the family moved extensively; at various times living in France, Cyprus, Scotland, England and Wales.
Ian’s wandering spirit was undoubtedly formed during those years and on leaving school he joined the Merchant Navy as an Engineer Cadet. Further ocean travel sent him to Australasia, South America, North America, Europe and the Mediterranean. In between voyages a 550cc motor bike and a Triumph Spitfire enabled him to travel across the UK, exploring places as far afield as Lands End and John-O-Groats, Anglesey and Dover.
He left the sea in 1983 and immigrated to New Zealand where a more stable lifestyle allowed him to attain his Pilot’s Licence and to investigate his desire to write.
The Stones of Akron trilogy has been 5 years in the making and each page holds a piece of him within it. He is a man of integrity, principle and respect and gives the same to those who live by, and show the same qualities.
