About this title.
Dessert is, for most, the favourite part of a meal. Some will forgo the main part all together because it is an experience to be savoured all its own. I personally love dessert as a perfect fine-ally. A sweet at the end of a meal that complements what my taste buds have already committed to. To cool down spicy dishes with citrus or mint, a little extra sweetness for saltier meals or an indulgent continuation of richness blending all of the right flavours. Dessert, for me, is a very important part of the ensemble. Traditional world flavours infused into a simply perfect dessert.
